An article came into my inbox, and it lead me to different places on the web. Even though the pages are mostly about leggings and nothing covering them, I recommend that you read on, because there are some photos on the pages, and because we could learn from them about trends, and because you can see my response to 1 of them.

Humiliating website not appropriate for Hokies claims that people should not wear leggings in place of pants. UIUCnopants is exclusively about wearing nopants on the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Those Aren't Pants is yet another web site showing photos of people not wearing pants.

UIUCnopants made the news, and I even responded.

The nopantsters and the anti-nopantsers are just like us, and they face opposition. They "have to" find a way of converting the masses. The anti-nopansters already get more web site hits than we do. Somehow, we need to tap into something viral, but unfortunately, our situation is a little bit different, I think.
