Used Hosiery: Ruffle Skirt

I never realized that you can use hosiery to make a ruffle skirt. According to the blog post, you use the hosiery to make the ruffles. It makes sense, though. The hosiery does not need to be ironed or straightened out. When you wash it, you probably do not need to worry about it stretching, since the hosiery is sewn to the skirt.

Would you wear something like that?
