Sheers With Double Helix Design

For those of you who have an unquenchable thirst for hosiery with words and pictures, CNET wrote an article about this ThinkGeek hosiery. CNET calls them stockings, but ThinkGeek calls them pantyhose. You can see the comments at the bottom of the page to confirm it.

If you look at the additional photo on ThinkGeek, you'll see some small snags [but no yarns pulled out]. I suspect that they are very delicate. Also the photo shows what appears to be a reinforced toe [as opposed to a shadow toe or run-resistant toe]. No matter what, the thicker toe fabric shows you the colour of the hosiery. I find that the hosiery leg is so sheer, that it is hard to know what the colour is supposed to be.

Another interesting thing that I noticed from the comments on the ThinkGeek page is that women might be inclined to try this hosiery, when otherwise they would not. Perhaps that is the way to win over women and men who are normally resistant to such things.

Do you want to wear this? Do you know of others who want it?

Thank you for reading!
