Wearing a skirt or shorts that is so high that you can see the reinforced portion is not classy, but it is still okay and pleasant, as long as it is not gratuitous. In other words, a glimpse of the reinforced area is okay.

In these videos, the host shows us a little reinforcement; probably unintentionally.

The Sun Chooses Mantyhose As 1 Of 2012's Buzz Words

Most enthusiasts knew that Mantyhose existed for some time, but the world is still catching up. At the end of 2012, The Sun chose their favourite buzz words of the year.

When I first read this, I was excited, because I thought that mantyhose made into the Oxford Dictionary, but unfortunately, we will need to wait for quite some time, if the word gets in any dictionary at all. It turns out that Oxford Dictionaries just chose a buzzword, which was mentioned in the article.

Perhaps, if we used mantyhose in regular conversation more, then we might make it a more mainstream item? It would still be hard to do, though.

4′ Medium Support Hosiery For Tall People

The manufacturer has been able to make medium support hosiery for tall people. It is designed for men in general, but should accommodate women too. It will be 4′; long from the toe to the gusset. This should be long enough for most tall people, without stretching. Taller people can wear it, with stretching.

Your foot is probably over a foot long, if you are a tall person. That takes up 12″, which leaves 36″ of material. That means you would have an inseam of 36″ or more. I am 5′6″ tall, and I have a 30″ inseam. My size 6.5 feet are about 12″ long, so 6′ tall people should fit in this just fine.

I would like to get a feel for how many of you are interested in this kind of thing. It could cost around $20/pair, because of how difficult it is to make, and sell. It actually requires more manual labour than normal short hosiery.
