Wore Shorts And Sheers Today

I was quite happy with the results. I wore all black, except for the painted design on the shirt. The overall appearance was not super awesome, but it was adequate.

I went out to participate in a university research project. The person in charge was very attractive. She wore a short skirt, and black sheers. It was fun to get a close up look. For a couple of moments, when I was expected [but not required] to look away, I glanced back, and saw that she was checking out my legs. I wish that I could have felt her hosiery or even asked her out, but I am sure that it would not have been so simple. It was a pleasant experience, though.

Next time, I plan to whistle at her, if she is dressed in hosiery.

Hosiery In Wikimedia: Irish Dancing

Celtic celebrations are starting up all over the world. At least they are starting up in Vancouver. I thought that this would be a great way to get us in the mood.

When I think of Irish Dancing, like River Dance, I automatically think of the beautiful legs that they have and the black opaques.

In the first photo, I noticed that the lovely lass on the right is not blurry like the other 2. I think that the dancer on the left started a routine, and then the middle girl joined in, while the right gal was waiting to join in.

Another Attempt At Dealing With Energizers Medium Support Tights [style #19284]

You might recall that I tried to deal with the hosiery length problem, but did not have much success. The manufacturer is not very flexible.

I came up with a new idea that might help. I plan to go into Sears and open some of their untaped packages, and then compare their black size C pairs with their graphite-grey size C pairs. If the grey pairs are longer, then I will be able to point that out to the manufacturer, and get them to explain why 2 pairs of different colours have different lengths, even though the sizes are supposed to be the same.

Modelled Raisa Hosiery By Fiore

A while ago, I did a photo shoot, and wanted to show you what it looked like. I also wanted to show you what Raisa hosiery [my review], looked like. Here is my chance to hit 2 birds with 1 stone. Enjoy!

I did not just take a photo and post it on the web. The Stylish Fox also used an closeup of my leg for the Raisa Opaque Tights [by Fiore] product page.

This is a real milestone for men in hosiery. Typically, men do not model hosiery. Unisex hosiery and specifically men's hosiery are modelled by men, but even still, those opportunities are rare. Also, there is some hosiery that could be unisex, but it is packaged as women's hosiery, so women model it. Men typically do not get to model for this.

I read about 1 fellow who did this, and he got paid, too, if I recall correctly. He appeared to be so feminine, that he was able to pass for a woman.

In this case, I am not trying to pass for a woman, and I am also trying to not look like a man. In the photo, I am just modeling the side of the leg, for the purposes of giving a realistic closeup look. Since it is not showing a lot of the body, it will not be a turn off for picky women. Also, the side of the leg does not always come across as muscular. At least, it does not for me.

I think that that is where normal guys can contribute to the hosiery industry. There are very few photos that give a close up look at the fabric.

Would any of you men or women model for the purposes of selling hosiery?

Went Out In Sheers

It has been so long since I wore sheers. Yesterday, I wore sheers that had a beautiful shine. The sun reflected on it, and made me feel proud.

I was a bit hesitant at first, but it seemed like the right thing to do. I have spent so much time wearing opaques, that I feel that I have lost sight of the goal. If I wear opaques, then people will think that I am wearing athletic wear. The athletic style should be good for people who are pressured to not wear hosiery. It would come across as being casual and athletic. With sheers, we could have the same, but sheers would break down boundaries more.

Also, as I walked, I looked at my legs, and enjoyed the shine. It had such distinct line. The rest of the fabric shined as well, but it seemed almost matte in comparison. I will write another blog post to properly define it, since I have never heard anybody speak about the shiny line.

Do any of you insist on wearing only opaques?

Designing Hosiery And Organizing Hosiery Products For Ecommerce Sites

Lately, I have been thinking about starting my own brand of hosiery.

I think that a key aspect of a successful hosiery line is lots of information. Giving out as much information as possible on the company website would help to support sellers of my products. Also, providing a promotional kit to the various companies that sell my products, would help also.

Another key aspect is providing assistance to the consumers. I intend to create a style of skin colour hosiery, which means that there will be huge variety of colours. It would be nice to have some kind of tool like the MAC Cosmetics Foundation Finder.
